Oregon State Community &, Rural Colleges (ORCCR) is a three-year vocational-technical school of the Oregon State University system of schools. Oregon State Community &, Rural Colleges’ mission is to serve Oregon’s rural communities and small towns by educating a highly skilled workforce and providing life-enriching and supportive services to its constituents.

Orleans Community College is a general-education public college with an enrollment of nearly 3,000. Founded in 1948, it is located in the City of Corvallis, but offers programs all over Oregon.
